    My firm conviction would be that The Shift: One Nurse, Twelve Hours, Four Patients’ Lives
    by Theresa Brown would tell a totally different story. It is a thousand wonders nurses don’t burn out sooner than they do.

    There is a certain type of joy getting to care for someone that balances everything out. It’s the best way I can explain how it is for me.
